Say hello to the new NMC Field Services Agent Portal mobile app!

This standard mobile app makes it easier and quicker to login to your Portal to access the online application, your reports, downloads, conference calls, bulletins, and all the other functions you are familiar with.  It also incorporates a mobile camera function that aids the online application in capturing the information from a credit card*.

There are two versions currently available for mobile platforms.  Click the corresponding link to begin downloading app.  Please note, because our Apple app is an enterprise application, not open to the public, there are some extra steps to enabling it on your Apple mobile device.

*Please note: function may not capture credit cards without embossed numbers.

For Android Devices:

Click the link below to download the NMCFS mobile app from the Google Play store and follow the instructions for normal devices.

Congratulations!  Your app is installed and you may now access it on your desktop by tapping the icon and then logging in using your same Portal Username and Password.

For Apple Devices:

Click the link below to download and install the NMCFS mobile app from the our Apple Enterprise site and follow the extra steps below to enable the app on your device.

Once the “Agent Portal” icon has completed its installation, if you tap it you will receive the following message:

Tap “Cancel“.

Then navigate to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management.

Under “Enterprise App” you should see “NATIONAL MOTOR CLUB OF AMERICA, INC.”  Tap that.

Then you will see “Trust ‘NATIONAL MOTOR CLUB OF AMERICA, INC.”  Tap that.

You will then receive the following warning dialogue box:

Tap “Trust“.

Congratulations!  Your app is authorized and you may now access it on your desktop by tapping the icon and then logging in using your same Portal Username and Password.
